How do I know what size to order?

We provide a size chart on our website. We recommend that you measure yourself and refer to the size chart before making a purchase. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Daez Design purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a 14 day return policy. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Items that we do not accept returns on are stickers and accessories. Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping charges for EXCHANGES. Exchanges can be done 7 days once you receive your order. We will try our best to accommodate the size and item you are wanting for the exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Shipping charges for exchanges are covered by the customer. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item shipped back to us but, we will cover shipping charges to ship the new item to you. RETURNS are free and you will be provided a shipping label once you contact us for a return. There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on custom orders.

How long does shipping take?

Processing Times

Orders will be processed on a range from 1-10 days. It can take us 1 day to 10 days to process your order. Processing time is very important to us and we strive on being efficient.

Shipping times can range from 1-8 days. It depends on your carrier and location it will delievered to. Please check tracking info to locate your package.

Sticker Shipping Time Frame

For stickers only, there will be no tracking available. Stickers can arrive between 2-12 days from order date. Please allow the time frame for stickers to arrive.
